枝葉が連なる木のゲートが静かに姿を現す。
そこは、物語の始まりを予感させる森の入口。
選び抜かれた銘木が、温もりと力強さを湛えて迎える空間。
存在感を放つ一本丸太がバーカウンターとして据えられ、
天井には朴の木の根が静かに浮かぶ。
スライスされた木々が客席を彩り、
中央のDJブースが音と共に空間を操る。
ここは、薪焼きを主軸とするイノベーティブ・フレンチレストラン。
木が刻んできた記憶と、
現代の感性が交差するこの場所で、
